Payments
Deposit
• A 50% deposit is payable upon confirmation of order.
• We accept payments by cash, cheque and funds transfer via internet banking or ATMs.
Outstanding Balance
• Cash or cheque payments COD, to be paid upon delivery/self-collection.
Delivery
• Please allow 3 weeks from receipt of deposit for fulfillment of orders.
• All orders are subject to availability of stocks and materials.
• Special customisations and variations to standard designs may take longer, depending on their complexity.
By Hand
• Hand deliveries are subject to an additional charge of S$15 per Singapore address.
Self-Collect
• Self-collection at: 8 Boon Lay Way #11-13 TradeHub 21 Singapore 609964.
Cancellations & Amendments
• Deposit will be forfeited for cancellation of orders after confirmation.
• Orders cancelled less
than 14 working days from date of delivery/collection are subject
to full payment.
• Items that require personalisation or special customisation (for example personalised coffrets and votive candles etc.) are subject to full payment for cancellation after confirmation.
• No amendments to the items, design and quantity will be entertained upon confirmation of order. However, increase in quantities may be possible subject to availability of stocks and materials.
