Online Order
• Please fill in the Online Order Form linked to each item.
• Please submit one form for every item ordered.
• We will consolidate all your orders into one Confirmation Order.
Fax Order
• Please fax all necessary information as per the Online Order Form linked to each item to 65697727.
Order Process
• Upon receipt of orders online or by fax, we will forward you a Confirmation Order stating order, payment and delivery details.
• Please sign and return the Confirmation Order to us.
• Production will commence upon receipt of 50% deposit.
